Companies

We invest between €2 million and €20 million per transaction in LBOs, MBIs, capital increases, and restructuring. Our preferred sectors are business services, software, B2B and B2C distribution, healthcare, and consumer goods.

Since 1998, we have completed more than thirty transactions in companies with revenues ranging from €5 million to €75 million.

Funds

Each year, we commit €30 million in buyout funds in Europe, Canada, and the US.

We select emerging managers, actively involved in companies and sector-focus in healthcare, software, business services, industry and food. We are now LP in more than 25 funds in Europe and US.

This network is very useful for our companies. In order to accelerate international expansion, managers can identify accurate information about market trends, competition, potential acquisitions and recruitment in the US, UK, Canada, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.
