Synertrade is a SaaS software publisher specializing in purchasing solutions.

Synertrade’s SaaS software solutions cover the entire purchasing spend chain, including sourcing, supplier contracts, catalog creation, invoice management, supplier integration and spend and performance analysis. Customers include CAC 40 and large medium-sized company companies such as Carrefour, Lafarge, Lufthansa, Sanofi, Metro and Suez. R&D is conducted entirely in-house.

Arts et Biens initially invested in Synertrade during its early venture rounds in 2000 and 2002. In 2005, when the company was close to brankrupcy, Arts et Biens was the sole shareholder to reinvest to save the company. From 2005 to 2015, Synertrade experienced a growth rate of approximately +15% annually and achieved sales of €13 million by 2015.

In 2015, Synertrade was sold to the Econocom Group.
