Synertrade is a SaaS software publisher specializing in digital procurement solutions.
Its solutions cover the entire procurement chain, including sourcing, supplier contracts, catalogue creation, invoice management, supplier integration, expenditure and performance analyses. Among its key account clients: CAC 40 and large mid-sized companies such as Carrefour, Lafarge, Lufthansa, Sanofi, Metro and Suez.
Arts et Biens initially invested in Synertrade during its early venture rounds in 2000 and 2002. In 2005, when the company was close to bankruptcy, Arts et Biens was the sole shareholder to reinvest to save the company. From 2005 to 2015, Synertrade experienced a growth rate of approximately +15% annually and achieved sales of €13 million by 2015. In 2015, it was sold to the Econocom Group.
