Mezzo di pasta is a fast-food chain specialised in Italian dishes: fresh pasta, filled pasta, focaccia, ciabatta, salads, pastries, etc.
Developed by its founder, Emmanuel Guth, between 2002 and 2008, the network had grown to 128 outlets by 2011, most of which operated as franchises, achieving sales of €45 million. Up to 2010, the company experienced a remarkable growth rate of +67%.
In 2008 and 2010, Arts et Biens invested capital and bonds to support the company’s expansion initiatives. Mezzo di pasta was sold to Bridgepoint Development Capital in 2011.
