Le Camion qui fume is one of France’s most recognized premium burger brands.

Founded in 2011, the company has made a name for itself as France’s first food truck to offer burgers created by the American chef Kristin Frederick. The brand prides itself on sourcing all ingredients meticulously from hand-picked suppliers. The company currently operates one food truck and three restaurants (Grégoire de Tours, Parmentier, and Pathé Ivry) and operates within several Deliveroo Editions dark kitchens.

Arts et Biens invested capital in 2014 and 2016 to fund the company’s expansion of permanent restaurant locations.
