Founded by Laetitia Comes, Early Birds specialises in predictive marketing. Since 2012, it has been publishing SaaS real-time personalisation for e-commerce and content sites.
In 2017, its software, which is based on a highly technological artificial intelligence solution, was awarded the first prize in the FEVAD startup competition. It analyses visitor behaviour across websites, social networks, and CRM systems to recommend optimal product offers in real time. It also features interactive shopping tools like personal shoppers, gift engines, and configurators.
Early Birds supports high-profile clients including Lacoste, The Kooples, Celio, La Redoute, Carrefour, Fnac-Darty, Showroomprivé, La Halle, Nature & Découvertes, and more. It helps improve their conversion rates and increase their sales by an average of +3% to +7%.
Arts et Biens participated in a combined share buyback and capital increase in 2017 to further invest in research and development and establish a UK presence for the company. Early Birds was sold in 2019 to the Attraqt group, which was then sold to the Crownpeak group in 2022.
