Dai Dai specialises in Neapolitan pizzas. Potel et Chabot, one of the ambassadors of French culture and gastronomy, has hailed Dai Dai as “the best pizza in Paris.”
Dai Dai pizzas are prepared exclusively using fresh ingredients imported from Italy and baked in traditional Napolitan ovens. Originally introduced via delivery tricycles in city centres, Dai Dai has expanded to operate three restaurants in Paris: at the Guinguette du Port de Javel in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, at 25 rue Oberkampf, and at 69 rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis in Paris.
Arts et Biens invested capital in 2017 to facilitate the opening of new outlets.
