As a regional player in the budget hotel sector, primarily in western France (around 120 hotels) and €80 million in sales in 2005, today, the group is a major French player in the European budget hotel sector with an ‘econochic’ positioning. Group sales exceeded €350 million in 2015, with 50% of sales generated outside France (Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.), driven by organic growth exceeding 15% annually.
Arts et Biens co-invested alongside Montefiore for ten years through two successive growth LBOs: the first in 2005 with Eurazeo and then in 2010 with Carlyle.
