In retail, Devanlay also operated Nouvelles Galeries and Prisunic stores, which are now part of Monoprix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the textile crisis of the 1970s, the group shifted its focus to retail operations, particularly with Nouvelles Galeries and the Lacoste brand, becoming a shareholder and exclusive manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Devanlay group was sold to the Maus Fr\u00e8res group in 1998.
