PRENAX is an international subscription agency specialized in producing services to corporates (B2B) with offices in France, UK, Sweden, Finland, Norway, US and Australia.

The company is an intermediated platform between content publishers and corporate clients. Through the PRENAX platform, clients are able to subscribe to various content (magazines and newspapers, print and online, databases, etc.), collect a unique invoice, manage claims and have an analytical view of their spending. PRENAX in-house software platform brings together 40 000 publishers with more than 4 000 clients.

ARTS ET BIENS invested in 2012 through a MBO transaction alongside management. They acquired the company from a pool of venture capital funds.

In 2018, ARTS ET BIENS sold its stake through sponsorless transaction financed by ACTOMEZZ and SOCIETE GENERALE.
